I bought a 10' v the cutting edge is 4.5-5" tall and the bottom of the center tower is hitting the ground. I was wondering if anyone has seen this before

That hinge pin looks home grown judging by the rest of the plow, the fact that its 12" taller than the moldboard also gives it away. I like that setup on the skid though. Does it push it full? You probably need a new edge but its hard to tell without seeing the back of the plow right behind the edge.

it has 2.5" from the bottom of the wings to the bottom of the edge but yet the center tower is hitting?

Looks like your plowing with the mold board now. Are the bolts being worn off?

    ya think

put a set of plow shoes to raise the cutting edge 1/2'' above the ground on until to can get new edges , that is if your not scraping clean to the surface . But in deep snow , you still good .

I have a 9.2 that use to wear like that I took 1'' blocks steel laid on the frame where the plow sets on the frame To pitch it forward more + I make my own cutting edge I use 5/8''x8'' and on the end I weld 1/2'' make thicker on the ends slow the wear down
For what factory edge cost I can build 2 my edges So far just one of mine out last my buddies wear edge We both put new one on at same time He used factory I used my homemade one I still have 5'' and he was grinding on his bolts

Looks like they were plowing mostly in scoop ,so the weight of the snow was putting pressure onto the center and wearing it out faster.

As you can see the difference ,you can't wear it down to nothing.
