Having a problem diagnosing a dim light on the drivers side. It happens to both truck and plow light. It does not do it all the time. Already replaced the isolation module last week, tried replacing the wiring harness today. Tested the ground where plow harness plugs into light harness and that is good. Light might not work, can drive down the road and it will come on, work for a couple days/weeks, and then stop again. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. If I remove the plow harness and go back to factory headlights, it works fine,:help::help:

The issue is indeed going to be in the plow harness. Remove both relays and swap them side to side and see if the problem moves to the other side or not. If it does not then the problem may be a bad ground on the original side. Do not assume that just because a wire is attached to metal that it is a good ground. A good ground should have a return resistance of under 1/2 ohm ideally. To me this is screaming of a problem at a point where something is making a connection. At the light bulb, the connector, the backside of the relay pack, harness connection etc.
