I have a 06 2500 chevy with a 06 western ultramount proplus plow on her, and i just noticed that the trucks left running light is out and a new bulb didnt fix the problem, does anyone know what it could possibly be? the other side running light works fine and its not a fuse. any recomendations?

If you already checked the 10 amp fuse in the interior fuse panel (marked "LTRN") then the next step is to pull the running light out and check for power and ground right at the bulb socket with a test light. You'll probably find there isn't any. One likely reason is corrosion/poor connection wherever the running light wire for the plow harness was originally tapped into the truck harness. If you search around in the harness behind the light you should be able to locate where it was connected. Should be a brown wire (plow harness) tapped into a brown wire (truck harness).
