Ive found various differences online. Im hooking up a Boss plow and a new boss spreader, one needs the ignition tap under the dash/steering wheel area, the other needs a tap basically anywhere under the hood. What color is it? thanks

Take a look in your owners manual. They have a description of both fuse boxes. The main junction box is located under the hood. The other fuse panel is behind a panel in the passenger side foot well area. I have tapped into the ignition fuses there(don't remember off hand the number, but the manual shows it). The other thing I have done is run power from the main junction box to my own switch and I use that to power my plow controls.
