Last year we bought a Extreme SS V blade and one thing that bothers me is the passenger side pin (where the plow connects to its carrier on the truck) keeps working its way out, it doesnt come all the way out but it moves out at least 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch. I'm worried that one of these days it will come completley out and cause a major accident. I took it back to my dealer and he did replace the pin and or spring but it still worked itself out. Usually throughout the night I have to clean out the bracket, lower the blade and shake the headgear until it goes back in completley. Is this a normal thing or not, I'm guessing not and what can I or the dealer do? BTW this is on a 06 F250 SD if it matters.

Maybe the truck side mounts are not spaced right?

Does this happen while back dragging?
