    Hi Guys
My 05 Boss 8.5 straight blade has a case of leans when its not mounted on the truck. The headgear leans to the right. Im thinking the center bolt to the A frame is either worn or the A frame is worn. Anyone see this before and any suggestions to correct it. Or maybe it doesn't really matter. When its mounted on the truck it is fine.

    Thanks Mike

It leans when it's dismounted since the jack stand is offset to the left. But depending on how much use is on it yes the king bolt may be worn a little but they all lean, can't have it too tight or it won't follow the ground. If you haven't had it apart in a while (or ever) it won't hurt to pull it apart to check on it's condition....should pull it once in a while to grease it anyway.

    Hi B&B
Thanks for the reply, I'll pull it apart and look at the King Bolt and grease it.

    Regards Mike
