My 04 2500hd won't take gas.I am only able to get about 5 cents into it at a time. We are going to drop the tank tomorrow to see if there is a stuck valve or something. Has any one had this problem before?

My money would be on a clogged vent in the tank building pressure in the tank causing the gas pump to shut off. What happens if you use gas can?

Just a thought but on mine if you insert the nozzle to far i have the same problem. Have you tried pulling the nozzle out a little bit?

Found out today there was a tsb for the evap purge solenoid (so yes it was a clogged vent). Replace solenoid and reroute vent $282.62
