    Some joint must be dry of grease. Find a component that has some slop in it is the likely culprit. Might try putting it up on jack stands and have a helper turn the wheel as you listen for the noise. Could be the serpentine belt, tensioner or the pump too. I have had both of my pumps replaced on Windstars under warranty. The belt tensioners die all the time too.
