When I engage my 4x4 and I am turning on dry pavement I can feel the truck almost locking up and then a load pop. Pressure leaves and then the whole sequence starts again. Any suggestions on what's going on. Thanks.

Well I have been doing it for awhile but always willing to learn. Bought this truck new so I have had it for sometime. It's fine on something slick but it's when I run into a dry patch in the same parking lot. I have never noticed it till now. Thanks for the help.

Please stand by. I have a picture of what is in your near future as one of my "experienced" drivers decided to do the same thing this week. I'm leaving to get the truck right now.

As promised. We are in negotiations about the future of the job. I understand things break and things happen, but I can't have guys just going out and ripping up my equipment because they don't care enough to care.

Thirty minute job, but several hours of driving for tools, parts, getting to the truck, then getting it back to the shop. Value was way more than the $75 part.
