Looking to get some bigger tires for my truck. I am currently running 265/75/16. My question is what is the biggest size tire I can fit on my current rim or would I need to upgrade to bigger rims? Looking for 33" of 35" bfg at.

I also wonder would I need to install a leveling/body/suspension lift?

I had 33x12.50 on mine. I put 1/4" spacers on the front to make it easier to turn without rubbing.

In the summer I run 285/75/16 no rubbing and no speedometer change

What does that have to do with anything?

Hard to see anything from a smart phone. The OP is asking about possibly adding a lift. You did not specify what type of spacers you used. Tough to tell. I assume wheel spacers which I am not fond of. If you are referring to leaf spring block spacers in the front then that is illegal. Also you could be referring to coil spring spacers too.

I run 285/75/R16 all the time. They seem to "balance" the truck and are symetric in size with everything else. I think the stock 245's look ridiculous but, millions of f250s can't be wrong....

Stock is 265 &with from what I've read 235 85 16 in some instances. Both my 01&04 came with 265's

    235/85R 16 = 32 X 9.50 X 16
    265/75R 16 = 32 X 10.50 X 16
    285/75R 16 = 33 X 11.50 X 16
    295/75R 16 = 33.50 X 12 X 16
    305/70R 16 = 33 X 12.50 X 16
    305/85R 16 = 36 X 11.50 X 16
    315/75R 16 = 35 X 12.50 X 16

    i have 285/75/16's on all my superdutys, and 325/80R 16 = 37 X 13 X 16 on my 88

I have cooper discoverer(s) I did not choose them, my wallet did. I am going on 30k and have well over a third tread left on my daily driver.

Why would you want to mess with the gear ratio when plowing?

that is a good tire but the kumho kl61 is a much better tire for plowing, it is what i used the last two seasons. this year i will be using a real winter tire though
