I hope you're able to sell you plow for what you're asking, but I can buy a new 8'2" Boss V with smartlocks AND have it installed for $4995.00. Another $150 adds on the deflector.

Ive plowed for over 30 years with a straight blade (a 9 footer). I also bought a 8.2 V this year and after using it 3 or 4 times wouldnt even think of going back to regular blade... What is it you dont like about the V?

Really? I went from 7'6" Straight Blade this year to a new 8'2" VXT I can;t imagine plowing without the V. But also love back dragging with it. I'm much more efficient with it. Hope you don't take a beating on it. If you're looking to trade I would look outside our local Boss dealers I have a feeling you could get someone to trade you straight up elsewhere. IMO our dealers are over priced and not all that great.

FYI Just becuase you over paid for plow doesnt mean other people should. You can get one of those new for 5k. You paid for tax and instalation. Thats a complete loss on your part. start at 4500 and maybe someone will buy it

Actually he didn't over pay for it. That's the going rate for all 3 Boss dealers in our area.
