Yes. Blizzard makes a 760LT (550lbs.) for a 04 Titan.

Titan offers no factory plow prep option ..............

so Boss and Blizzard do huh....which is a better plow and what else should I do to the truck (coils etc..)?

Only you can decide what is better, take a look at both, i know snoway makes a mount as well. As far as upgrades to the truck, you will want an auxillary tranny cooler, upgrade the alternator and timbren load boosters work great to reduce or eliminate sag when the plow is raised. You will also want to put some "ballest" in the bed, atleast 500 LBS depending on plow.

talked with a nissan general manager here in md and was told that the 05 titans will have a plow package! I was also able to set him up with one of the local blizzard dealers. he is going to have to have some mounted this week on his 04's! says they rock with a plow.

i went on nissan's web site , no plow prep option on the design/build pages.
are you sure ? did he say anything about waranty issues ?

i was told it was already in the works and that the trucks that are being made now and being delivered in jan will have the option. he also didnt think that there would be many warranty issues as long as people stick to the lighter plow. i am going to see him next week, to see if he has anything mounted on an 04.

i told him that. he didnt think there would be issues. atleast not though him! i gave this site and some blizzard info that i just got in the mail.

i live in upstate ny and tried to get a boss plow for my 04 titan. the dealer shooed me out the door saying "see me in january or february, the 250 bosses made are out and no more will be installed until testing is complete". so i called a blizzard dealer and i'm having one installed in time for first snow. thanks blizzard, and plowsite.com for the info and assistance

i dont doubt that the titan would handle a plow nicely. but i've been around enough car $tealerships to know that people who work there have a bit of a biased opinion.

i second that gmack - i looked at them one day and whatever plow you put on it would be of better quality than that titan- thats why u see domestic trucks with plows

Have been plowing with a Sno Way (which makes a mount/kit) all winter with no problems. Has plowed an average of 6 to 7 hrs every day.
