Minute mount not working

Hello

First time poster here. I have a minute mount plow . It has the electric valves. Here is the plow history. Plow stopped working a few months ago. Pump was leaking out the motor weep hole and the plow was not working . So I assumed it was the motor and replaced .(the pump was fine but the rubber on the inside was torn) Still did not work. Figured out the hydraulic pump was bad as it would work slowly or not at all. Replaced pump worked fine Pump was bad . Plow worked fine. I noticed the last storm it was slow to respond. This storm was working and just stopped. I checked fluid it was fine . Check wiring, ground etc. I took off solenoid cover tested all wires from controller . All came on as listed. Checked the solenoid all had magnetic. The drain fluid cleaned and added new fluid( used fisher fluid) Still did not work. I put old motor on did not help( motor does turn on when you hit the controller. ) i cracked the angle piston line squirted some fluid. Tooked out valves and bench tested. They moved. One i thought wasnt working I replaced it still nothing . I emptied everything and took compressor and blew out reservoir and where the valves go in. Still nothing. I know it is long but figured i would put as much info as possible . Bad pump again? Bad valves? Air system? Thx in advance

It's the valves, IMO. Had mine act just the same. Replace all three at once. Spendy, but they will be new like everything else. Napa should stock them.

This is my initial question as well..is the pump even kicking on when you select a function...other then down obviously?

Also, when you drained it, did you clean the reservoir out? Replace the filter?

Which valve did you replace?

I question the connection to the spade terminals on the valves...are they on tight? Is the wiring in good condition, any signs corrosion?

Is this a SEHP or Insta-Act pump? Is the lift ram built into the pump, or is it separate?

Pump does kick on when you use the controller. Yes wiped down and cleaned filter . Pump was a new one so it had the screen that could be cleaned. Wires are good and tight no corrosion. Sehp ram is built in the housing

OK, so to be clear:

The motor does not come to life when the buttons are pushed..right?

In this case, I'd say it can not be the valves.

If the motor kicks on, but nothing happens, then valves.

True, have someone hit each function and put a screwdriver on the nut that holds the solenoids on, one at a time. (Check all solenoids for each function pushed) As each function is used, at least one should be magnetized. If you can get all of them to magnetize at one point in the process, they are OK.

DONE!! Thx for all the help. I had a bad valve . When bench testing it the valve moved. Not knowing proper function I did not realize that it was not closing all the ways. This made all the fluid go right back into reservoir!! I bought the two other valves and replaced. Also bought new solenoids. I figured I now have a new plow. I hate to spend the money but losing 75.00 per hr with a broken truck is worse

Sounds like what I'm dealing with right now with my insta-act unit. My motor comes on with any function but nothing moves. And when it would sometimes work it was slow and labored.
