hiniker w/ down pressure

was wondering if it is possible to add down pressure to a newer ('09) 8' straight blade. i kind of have a feeling it would be a PITA w/ all the extra valves and what not. plus i dont know if you can put DP on the scissor lifts? i love my hiniker but also like sno-ways DP, but dont want to trade

Anything is possible, you would have to plumb into a pressure port on the pump, rewire the controller so you would get the pump to run when going down, dual acting lift cylinder, other than that it should be easy If you want it for back dragging why don't you just make up a back drag blade, if you want it to scrape better you could add a heavier/thicker cutting edge
