Studded snow tires on the pickup and trailer with your trailer brakes set right makes a great combination for controlling stopping and starting up on icy roads.

We install manufactured homes , modular homes and office modular units. Dirt and skirt, roll on and crane onto crawl spaces and full basements. The skids are used for light excavation and boring holes for poured in place piers and snow removal

We've done it for over a decade. Works for us. That being said....The driver must know what they're doing and play it safe.
