Used mine today for the first time same model. It worked good but uses a lot of salt compaired to my partners ss airflow.

By inverted v do you mean the stainless piece inside the hopper that is adjustable? Mine has that. What size is your spinner?

recently bought the same unit in late oct hopefully it will work like yours and nice equipment

the spinner is 12" on the tgs07 models some of the other models i believe have a 9" spinner
res201cue did you have them install the light on the back of your spreader and how do you like it at night time

Yeah my dealer installed it works great to see the spread pattern. And it has a 12 inch spinner checked it this morning

Mine has the 9" spinner-I think I am going to install the 12 and see if that helps. Here is a picture of the quick cart I made with stuff I had laying around-I can take it on and off by myself-I made the cart high enough so it was the right height for my hitch.Name:  image.jpg

may have to look in to getting a light possibly i like the cart idea too i was gonna try and come up with something like when it was behind the truck and have a floor jack raising and lowering it to the truck not sure how or what yet but i think mine might stay on to spring hopefully
