mid feburary on long island, screwed myself with my billing, put 12 and up on my agreements, got 29 inches lol, billed anyways. will fight till i get paid. never got that contract, it was in happuage, im in huntington/lloyd harbor/ coldspring harbor. happy where im at.

my residential game over here is pretty good, i think im just going to build on that. the commerical is just too much risk for my likeing. im sure it has its goods and its bads as well as resis'.

anything north of 25a in western suffolk/ eastern nassau is properly serviced & properly billed. DONT UNDERCUT THE MARKET WEVE CREATED!!! supreme service comes at a cost.

lol all joking aside, great luck, good times, steady business.

Omega...
I think we serve a similar market price wise, and I wouldn't have gotten that account at those prices either. Best advice moving forward establish your hourly rate for each piece of equipment, say for example $150 an hour for a truck, know your truck can do about an acre an hour up to 3 or so inches and then work your bids from there, we do a minimum visit, I do suggest this if you want to shift towards more commercial sites. As far as your salt goes you were low, not way off.
Sorry I just saw this thread......
