This is the video of my pull from the other end of the track. JD Dave seems amused by the silence. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NwUS...w&feature=plcp

I was actually impressed as you pulled it 50 ft farther then I thought.

That Denali is a nice looking truck. Do any of you guys come down to the Ottawa valley to the Ranch Lake truck pull?

Nice pull Chad - does pretty good with a tune. You delete the DEF, or anything else?

Pretty glad work kept me away on the weekend - a bit of liquid courage and I would have likely done something foolish.

Its not even a concern to me... I've never had to bring a dmax back for powertrain related issues, in my 04 or 09... And if anything is ever gonna screw up, its all that crap I ripped off already... The tuner and exhaust dosent effect why the power windows might not work lol. Plus, as soon as they see that plow harness all your warranty is void to begin with! So what are you trying to say?

You keep thinking you have warranty on something that's not gonna break to begin with and I'll keep saving $5 in fuel for every 100km's I drive and we'll see who has more money in the bank at the end of 10 years when I can buy a new Denali pretty much for free in the fuel savings

Why would your warrenty be void if you have a plow harness on, does it not have plow prep?

Most dealers don't care and run it thru warranty anyways so what's the point in talking about it to begin with... I chose to do this to my new truck and your not gonna convince me it was a bad idea lol

Depends on the dealer..I had to revert the dpf on my truck in order to not pay and have the dealer cover it. Just wondering cause you gotta a few mods. I agree the truck will run better without that junk thou.

In 10 years a Denali will be over $100k in Canada I doubt a fue delets and a H&S tuner will save that much fuel. Now if the ECM was not locked up and you could get some real tuning ( EFI live) you could really get the LML to scream. Please refer to it as your truck not the option package your truck came with we all know its nice.

What are you trying to say Jmac?
Like I didn't know efi live wasn't available for a LML... h&s is the only tuner on the market right now for it... hence why I bought a h&s. Its a work truck, I don't want to make 800hp with it.

Ya in 10 years I pretty much can buy a new Denali, If I sell this one for 30k, most guys go thru around 8-10 grand a year in fuel (this is Canada don't forget), with the tuner and deletes, hand calculated I'm saving around 20-30% depending on how I drive... So in 10 years that's potentially 30 grand in fuel... 30+30 and yup, that's exactly what a denali is worth after discounts... Even when its all said and done, lets say I only save 15 grand, it costed $930 to do the deletes and tune, the truck is 100% much more fun to drive and you cant argue with me, 20%-30% is what it is, and if you think its cool to waste that much fuel by keeping your truck stock then that's all the power to you...

A Denali may be worth 100 grand 10 years from now, but everything else inflates accordingly as well so its irrelevant

Its my work truck, that I let employee's drive and work with, Its my thread, my video's, I'll call it a Denali if I want... Why wouldn't I? I never once mentioned how nice the seats and interior is... Its a work truck to me... Your the one making a big deal out of it saying how you know how nice it is... Don't worry about it, Think of it as my salt truck

I totaly agree with the deletes , getting better milage is the reason I only buy diesel . I think you can do without a warrenty on a GM truck but would never think of it with a Ford or Dodge . Nice salt truck.
