Once you’re done entering all that stuff (copied from post-it notes, napkins, any loose leaf paper you had lying around before, and if you’re lucky spreadsheets), you’ll be just a few clicks away from designing your routes, directly on Google/Bing maps. This will save you countless hours and surely allow to create better routes than could have ever imagined.
Make sure to get started soon, because once you've drawn your routes, Snowman will allow you to create printable .pdf’s of your run lists for your operators (sequenced in the order you drew the route on Google/Bing maps).

I'm glad to hear that! let me know when you have signed up for the Free Snowman system. I will follow up with you and get you up and running (2 sessions of 30 minutes is all it takes). After that, it's all you enter your prospect, Clients and then create your service geocodes. Last step after entering your data, drawing out your routes.
However the sooner the better depending on how many prospect / clients have to enter. If you have 100-400 clients I would suggest you start quickly to be sure your ready for the 1st snowfall.
