I have a problem with the plow lights always staying on. i'm using a PH1 style headlights harness(same as if you install a 8611 on a 2012 f550) I installed wiring #b29400 and adapter part b29681. I turned on the headlights plow lights come on flip the switch in the cab to truck lights nothing happens plow lights are still on. If you turn the power off and on the iso module does click. turn power off to ISO the truck lights come on and plows go off any ideas.
This is my first chevy install. Head lights are common ground? (black wire) and due i need to hook up the DRL wire the instructions are not very clear.
I'm using a ph1 mount 810. The plow side wiring is from my 04 ford along with the touch pad controler. All the rest of the headlight wiring in new. how does the headlight iso switch pos or neg switching?

In talking myself through this and reading your post it sounds like your lights ARE working as they are supposed to. Your problem is that the switch in the cab does not turn the lights back to the truck. Is that correct?

B29681 replaces the PH2 headlight plug (ISO port A) allowing you to use PH1 headgear and plow lights. It's made for the fords still using PH1 mount and 8611 plows. I'm not using stormseeker lights. Yes the plow lights are working but only one beam not high and low. The switch in the cab is for the ph1 controls wiring you flip the switch for plow to truck lights.
long and short the lights will not turn from plow to truck.without turning off power to ISO from battery
Check that you have the headlight adapters installed with the correct polarity, they will pulg in either way.

I bought newstorm seeker headlights to replace the old model blizzard broken one from the last storm. Ran the new wiring harness truck side pluged into the iso and no lights at all. I'm still running the ph1 wiring for plow controls and all headlight wiring in brand new. Any suggestions as to what to due.
2011 chevy has high and low beams on truck when you flip lights on high. Unplug your plow and flip on hibeams, you'll se what I mean. These trucks have a module with HB# and H11 lights. Not sure how you plugged in Ford headights adaptors. You're going to be missing an end somewherew. There is also a relay kit for these trucks that shut off the power to low beam to power up just the high beam Do you have the extr relays wired in??
After looking at it for 2 hours i walked away. I came back to find a ground wire with a bad contact. Blizzard does make all the headlight wiring for a chevy to use PH1 headlights/mounts with an ISO. Same as a ford just headlights are diffrent part number.
sharpcut is right about the relay kit if both lows and highs are on at the same time ... did a Powermatch on your truck and it did not show it, but Powermatch isn't always right. Just look at the truck like sharpcut said
