I bet it rides great now. I'm not a big fan of cranking up the T-bars.

Cranking the t-bars up does not change the spring rate. Only pushes down the lower a-arm which gives you lift. The ride will only change if your shocks are maxed out or the camber on the tires is excessive. Your truck will drop the same amount it did before you cranked the t-bars up, but you are now starting higher so the truck will not be as low. From what I have seen 4 turns on the bars should not hurt anything.
