comes with all wiring and hardware - works fine - sold only as set of two.

The plow lights were sold, I can't find edit button to delete my post.

Sold to real nice guy, he was in Chicago and me in midwest Wisconsin and we both ended up at the same resort, same weekend in WI Dells and he picked them up.

Great plan for both of us and could not have worked out better.
