Very sweet. Looks real mean compared to a normal plow. What's the weight difference compared to a regular v-blade?

Wow thats wild. I figured the new design with the large sides would add some weight not take a lbs off.

I really like it. Can't wait for some pics of it in action.

Hey THE05HD. Isn't the plow to heavy for the front of a crew cab diesel.? I have the same truck with a meyer 8ft and the front sags like a pair of old tits, even with the torsion bars turned up. I have an 2000 Boss 9'2 v on a C3500hd and it's weighing in at 920 pounds without the truck hardware.

I PUT 4 TURNS IN THE TORSION BARS TO SET THE 15 1/2 INCHES FOR HOOK UP

ONE SET OF TIMBERINS UP FRONT.......

IT HOLDS IT GREAT................... I THINK !!

YOU CAN SEE BY THE PICTURES, WITH IT IN THE FULL SCOOP, IT SITS GOOD !!

I talked to a Boss engineer at the conex show in Milwaukee a few weeks back.XT power-v weight just so happened to be the topic of conversation when I walked up.Anyway He said the book is wrong they weigh about 40lbs more than the standerd steel power-v plows.

Down Pressure

i work at one of the boss distributors here in Cleveland and they said that the plow was going to have down pressure on it. Did anyone else here about that or not. Or is that only going to be on the straight blades which those look tough too
