poly spring on steel edge pusher

Is anyone else having problems with the poly spring on the steel edge pushers? i have a 10' but the spring seems to flexible and wont spring back. Making the cutting edge to low on one side of the pusher.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue. Do you know how old the unit is and can you please message me the serial number? Although these cases are rare, when the poly has many years of use it begins to retain memory and not spring back. It may just need replacement. Also, if the cutting edge impacted something hard it could of possibly deformed the hinge and could be holding the poly in a loaded position. Thanks.
