[QUOTE=Dogplow Dodge;1494349]Other than keeping tabs myself, where can I find out how much average snow we get here ?
This chart is helpful, but it doesn't include where I live
http://www.currentresults.com/Weathe...l-snowfall.php
I guess this one says that we get 18-30" annually
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_is_th..._in_New_Jersey [/QUOTE http://www.erh.noaa.gov/ctp/features/snowmaps/index.php?tab=seasons
You will have to change locations on the map for your area.

We are on the shore of Lake Michigan, slightly south and west of Grand Rapids. Our avg snow fall is 75", although just depends on where you look, 80-100 is a more realistic number depending on how the lake effect machine works. I have accounts on one side of town that may have just a dusting, and 10 miles away on the other end of town, could have 4-6 inches.

We get on avg 120-130" a year. Although it seems to have been down around the 90-110`` the last couple years. Our worst or best year ever was 1995 when we got 209`` with 64`` of that falling in a 5 day period and 28`` in one day all before Christmas. That was dare I say too much too fast.
