any one plow these places in michigan? how are they to deal with?

what companies manage their accounts?

I have plowed meijer before many years ago (my uncles company held the contract). Its a pain because other than Christmas day, they never close and there's always people going in and out. Last I knew, meijer held a reverse auction to get bids for plowing. I think they still do it in house, and don't use a management company.
