is it a fair price?

A friend of mine wants to sell his oldest plow in the fleet and wants me to restore it.Wants it sandblasted and painted and looking good.My question is what is fair price to charge him when sandblasting alone is going to cost $400 to sandblast the whole plow and headgear?

send him the bill when its done.
