What do you lube your release mechanism with ???

I have a 1 year old MM2 with an 8 foot HD blade on my 2003 F-250. It is getting harder & harder to pull the arm down to dismount the plow. I greased the pins & the release rods, but it is still quite hard to move the arm down. The release rods seem to have trouble pushing the pins out. It used to be like butter last year, but this year it is like pulling teeth. What do you people use to lube the plow release mechanism ???

i have a mm1 but i use white lithium grease. Seems to work good for me.

Same here MM1 (no mechanical advantage) and wite lithium spray lube.

I like a good spray chain lube. Castrol makes a go one. It goes on thin, but as it dries it thickens. It last a long time as it doesn't wash off. Great stuff to lube the hinge pin of your V-plow with too.

Used to use white lith now Fluid Film. Are you pushing back on the headgear to remove some of the weight from the pins still.......?
