2000 Silverado

I have a 2000 Silverado. When I use my plow, angle it, my lights dim along with everything else. I believe this is normal witht he plow. To help this, should I consider another battery or a larger alternator?

Lights dimming is totally normal. I put another battery in my 04 and it doesn't seem to draw as much juice. If you have $$ burning a hole in your pocket you can invest in a bigger alternator or just deal with it. The motor draws alot of power from the truck but you'll have that. Its like pulling a trailer and expecting your mpg not to diminish. :D
